I am excited to have a new tool in my toolbox! Neuromuscular Re-education Exercises (NRE’s) are SIMPLE, easy to do exercises that help your body awaken muscles that have become inhibited (kind of like being in a non-functional state) and are causing you pain!
Typically only one exercise is all you will need to do (sometimes two!). If you commit to doing them one to two times a day (and only 20 repetitions per side) you will feel the results quick! They really target your specific dysfunction and provide long lasting results (so you won’t need to come back as much, or will need fewer treatments!).
